If you are arranging the shipping, we are a business with a loading dock in Zip Code 62703. We generally charge $50 to wrap it in Bubble Wrap and/or Cardboard and Stretch Wrap it before Strapping it to a pallet and $80 for a over sized pallet. If you would like additional protection measures, please contact us. We ship Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Central Standard time. Once payment is received your item will usually ship within 1-2 business days to allow for Palletizing. Our #1 goal is Customer Satisfaction so we generally insure the shipment for the value of the item, but it is IMPORTANT you understand that we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. Please inspect your product once you receive it for any damage before signing for it. All freight damage claims are to be dealt with through the shipping company.
Returns: We generally do not accept returns on Used Items shipped via Freight, or after they have been picked up from our facility, due to the many factors out of our control. We test everything (unless otherwise explained in the description) before it is listed and usually again before it leaves our warehouse. When dealing with used items, it is not common, but occasionally an issue will crop up during transport that is actually no one's fault. If it is something that we can easily help you with, we will, but we are not responsible for accepting a return of the item. In no case are we responsible for return shipping of the item.
