Cool on rack 10 minutes before removing from pan. Mini Chocolate Chip Pound Cake 4 oz margarine at room temp 2 large eggs, room temp1 cup sugar 3/4 tsp vanilla 1 cup all purpose flour sifter2 oz sour cream 1 tsp heavy cream 2 TBL spoon semi sweet mini chocolate chip cookies1 oz melted semi sweet chocolate square (bakers chocolate)2 TBL spoon chopped pecans Preheat the oven to 320 F prepare pottery bundt pan with non- stick spray or do the grease and flour method. Melt 1 oz chocolate square with 1 teaspoon of heavy cream over double boiler. Beat margarine and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Add vanill and sour cream. Stir in flour and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon flour to chocolate chips & peacans, add add butter. pour into mini cake pan. Bake for one hour.
