The Weston 2-in-1 Indoor Smoker & Slow Cooker smokes meat, cheese, and other foods quickly and easily right on your kitchen countertop. Enjoy your favorite foods infused with authentic smokehouse flavor year-round without the long wait or prep associated with traditional outdoor smokers. Or use the removable 6-quart cooking vessel to slow cook a variety of foods; the nonstick vessel holds a 6 lb. chicken or a 4 lb. roast. The smoker lets you smoke food 3 ways. Combo mode is ideal for large cuts of pork and beef. It could smoke first, then cook with hot smoke to infuse maximum smoky flavor. The included metal rack is adjustable for smoking one to three tiers of food at once. The smoker/slow cooker has a tempered glass lid with an integrated gasket seal and a patented temperature probe to continually monitor internal food temperature as the food slowly cooks or smokes. The digital controls are easy to use, and the smoking chamber is easy to load with readily available wood chips (not included)..
