Hand wash and dry immediately. These knives are forged in a factory that was founded in 1956 in a knife manufacturing district located in Solingen, Germany also known as the “City of Blades”. Solingen has been known for quality blades since the Middle Ages and has continued this tradition of further developing the design and functionality of cutlery into the modern day. This factory is well known as one of the few knife manufacturers who still performs 100% of the production tasks, from the initial forging to the final polishing of these professional caliber knives.
