It originates from the design pen of Poul Kjærholm and was originally designed for the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in order to provide high-quality workstations for the lecturers and students there. Here, Kjærholm was able to apply his expertise as a carpenter to and developed a new, flexible table structure that ideally combines steel and wood.
