Huge vintage Mexican bean pot of terracotta clay pottery. This bean pot is 75 years old. "Mexico" is hand painted on and has a spelling error "Mexio".
Huge vintage Mexican bean pot of terracotta clay pottery. This bean pot is 75 years old. Has a nice hefty lid with holes to let the steam out. Hand painted. Mexico is hand painted on and has a spelling error Mexio Measures 6 1/4 tall and a diameter of 8. Cute double handles that were hand formed. Glazed. Because of the agem the glaze likely contains lead and should be used for decorative/collection purposes only. A rare find!

I'm sure this was an old cook pot from Mexico at one time, because I can see all the black firemarks on the bottom of the pot. I'm sure it once had a
