The outer ring is 20-inch, and the inner ring is 12-inch. The burner fits 28-inch and smaller pans, easily use the inner ring by itself for 17-inch and smaller pans. The G20005 offers maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire paella pan. The burner is for propane gas only and the total BTU output is 48,000.
