This is the cleaver for hacking, chopping, and crushing your way through anything* in your path. Our Classic Cleaver's badass older sibling. At a whopping 740 grams (or 26 ounces), this blade gets through it all. Cleanly chop a steaming hot peking duck in half in a single blow or split whole chickens for a hearty soups.
