Italian olive-wood handles. Bolster, blade, and tang are one piece. Hot-drop hammer forged and heat treated. Hand stropped on a cloth wheel for sharpness. Please note: The magnetic knife block is sold separately. Messermeister knives are hand sharpened, and pull through sharpeners are not recommended.
