This ePAN bun pan is manufactured from high tensile strength 26 gauge aluminized steel - producing a pan that is thinner and lighter, but substantially stronger than traditional pans. It also resists corrosion and is nonreactive to food, making it more than able to stand up to the wear and tear of everyday use. ePAN bun pans are safer for employees to handle, last longer than traditional pans and can reduce energy consumption in your baking operation. The wire located in the rim also helps prevent warping and maintain the pan's shape after repeated use. Made in the USA with global materials, each pan comes complete with AMERICOAT® ePlus.
